Contract signed

We signed our contract today. So if we can settle the land soon we are not far away from start building.

    Congratulations Yam, things will move along pretty quickly as soon as the title comes thru, so enjoy the ride :)

    Hope you guys have a smooth build when it starts and hope the weather holds good for the more important early parts so you can get a roof and walls up quickly.
