Tender finalised

We had our final tender today and got high site costs as expected. It was mainly due to our land was filled by the developer. Slab needs to be upgraded to a H and should sit on lots of concrete piers. Btw still waiting for the land and I really hope they will finalise things by end of this month.

    WOW! Thats a whole lot of concrete piers you've got there.
    Hope the rest of your tender went well and that your developer get things finished real quick so you can start building :)

    Hi Reinsey, Yeah it went around $10k over budget. However the price is fixed till end of this year. I am waiting for the land still :| Piers are mainly due to the fill. I believe with piers I might not get those cracks later.
