Land status: Most of the works seem to have completed. I have been trying to get the status from Sunland but didn't get any replies to my emails. I don't mind as long as I get my land soon. 12 months is a long delay...
Road works are finalised
Crappy weather continues :)
Once our road was surfaced we received a call from our conveyancer with a 4-6 week alert, so you can't be too far away. I can remember this stage when you've been waiting for what seems like forever and it just looks ready to go. Hang in there...it's never been closer than it is right now :)
ReplyDeleteThank you Reinsey. Yeah this can't be far away. I am preparing for it right now. I got my contract on 26th so I can finalise my loans. So if everything goes to the plan we might be able to start building next month.
