Lucky you! We used choicehomeloans initially but the broker didn't get an approval from the first bank we chose, so, we decided to approach our current bank and ola! got approved within 24 hours.And the rest is history...
Well I was lucky firstly I am dealing with a lady and she is very efficient and secondly since I signed my land contract ages ago and value of the land had gone up. So it wasn't hard to convince the bank.
